Refund Policy

No Refunds Available. The results of any cosmetic procedure, including but not limited to permanent cosmetics, cannot be guaranteed. As such, whether or not a patient is satisfied with the outcome, there will be no refunds.

Client's with prior work from another artist may make appointments on an at risk basis. Results may not be 100% satisfactory, due to prior unsatisfactory work. It is your own decision and with your acknowledgement that your results may not be guaranteed. However, you are eligible for a free touch up appointment by your artist, do you decide to correct unsatisfactory work.
